Facial Aesthetic Consultations
A complimentary consultation for clients considering cosmetic injectables and other non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments. Discuss expression-related lines, facial volume and contour changes, lip shape and definition, under-eye concerns, chin and jawline balance, skin quality and Rejuran with a registered nurse.
A clearer way to explore your options
You do not need to know which cosmetic injectable or facial treatment to ask for. Tell us what you notice, what has changed and what you would like assessed. Your registered nurse will review your facial movement, anatomy, proportions, skin quality, medical history and previous treatments before making any recommendation.
Lines caused by facial movement
Discuss forehead lines, frown lines, lines around the eyes and other concerns that appear or deepen when your facial muscles move.
Volume, lips and facial contour
Discuss changes affecting the lips, cheeks, temples, under-eyes, chin, jawline, facial folds, profile balance and overall proportion.
Suitability before treatment
Available options, expected limitations, risks, recovery, maintenance and costs are discussed privately only after clinical assessment.
Important: a consultation does not guarantee treatment. Any recommendation depends on your medical history, clinical suitability and informed consent. Treatment may be available at the same appointment where appropriate.

Not every line or feature needs the same approach
Some concerns are mainly related to facial movement. Others relate to changes in volume, support, shape, proportion or skin quality. Often, more than one factor is involved.
Your registered nurse assesses how the forehead, eyes, lips, cheeks, under-eyes, chin, jawline and lower face work together. This helps avoid treating one area in isolation or following a trend that does not suit your anatomy.
Where appropriate, your plan may include cosmetic injectables alongside Rejuran, HIFU, Thermage or Oligio X, SQT, peels, LED and professional skincare rather than relying on one treatment category alone.
Facial concerns we can assess
Choose the concern that sounds closest to what you have noticed. You do not need to select a treatment before speaking with us.
Expression-related lines
Discuss forehead lines, frown lines, lines around the eyes and other concerns that become more visible with facial movement.
Lips and facial proportion
Assess lip shape, symmetry, border definition, age-related change and how the lips relate to the chin and surrounding features.
Cheeks and mid-face
Review changes in cheek shape, temples, mid-face support, facial folds and overall balance through the centre of the face.
Under-eye appearance
Discuss hollowing, tired appearance, skin quality and whether the concern is best approached through facial support, skin treatment or another pathway.
Chin, jawline and profile
Assess chin projection, lower-face proportion, jawline definition, asymmetry and profile balance as part of a whole-face assessment.
Skin quality and Rejuran
Discuss fine lines, texture, elasticity and regenerative skin-quality options, including whether Rejuran may be appropriate.
Tell us what you would like assessed
Submit your interest in cosmetic injectables or other facial aesthetic treatments and our team will contact you to answer your questions or arrange a complimentary consultation.
You can select lines, lips, facial volume, under-eyes, cheeks, chin, jawline, profile balance, skin quality or simply ask for a whole-face assessment.
- No treatment or product needs to be selected online
- Available at Lower Templestowe, Craigieburn and Essendon
- Consultation and treatment planning with a registered nurse
- Same-day treatment may be possible if suitable and arranged

Rejuran at Avesa Health
Rejuran may be considered for clients concerned about skin quality, fine lines, texture and elasticity, including selected facial and under-eye concerns.
Your registered nurse will assess your skin, medical history and suitability before discussing expected outcomes, limitations, recovery, treatment planning and costs.
- Skin-quality and fine-line concerns
- Selected facial and under-eye treatment planning
- Individual suitability, recovery and cost discussion
Rejuran is not suitable for everyone. A consultation is required before treatment is recommended or provided.
- How facial movement contributes to forehead, frown and eye-area lines
- Changes in facial volume, support and proportion
- Lip shape, symmetry, definition and balance
- Cheeks, temples, under-eyes and mid-face appearance
- Chin, jawline, lower-face and profile balance
- Skin quality, texture, elasticity and visible ageing
- Previous facial aesthetic treatment history
- Medical history, suitability, goals and expectations
- Expression-related lines and facial movement
- Facial volume and contour changes
- Lip shape, definition and proportion
- Under-eye and mid-face concerns
- Chin, jawline and profile refinement
- Rejuran and other skin-quality pathways
- How HIFU, Thermage or skin treatments may fit into a broader plan
- Timing, recovery, maintenance and expected costs
The aim is a balanced plan based on your anatomy, concerns and preferences. A consultation may result in a treatment recommendation, a staged plan, an alternative pathway or no treatment.
Understand the options that relate to your face
The public page explains the concerns we assess. Specific prescription-only products and individual treatment details are discussed privately with your registered nurse after suitability has been reviewed.
We can assess forehead lines, frown lines, lines around the eyes and other concerns linked to facial movement. Your registered nurse will consider how the muscles move, whether lines are present at rest, your anatomy and your goals before privately discussing appropriate options.
We can assess lip shape and symmetry, cheeks, temples, under-eyes, facial folds, chin, jawline, lower-face support and profile balance. The assessment considers proportion and the face as a whole rather than treating one area in isolation.
Not every facial ageing concern is primarily related to movement or volume. Skin laxity, texture, pigmentation, fine lines and collagen change may be better suited to Rejuran, HIFU, Thermage or Oligio X, SQT, peels, LED, skincare or a staged combination.
Your practitioner will review your medical history, previous procedures, suitability, expected benefits, limitations, risks, recovery, maintenance, alternatives and private treatment costs. Treatment only proceeds where clinically appropriate and after informed consent.
A consultation designed around the whole face
Our focus is careful assessment, realistic planning and selecting the right pathway for the concern rather than selling one procedure for every patient.
Registered nurse assessment
Your facial anatomy, movement, skin quality, medical history and goals are reviewed before any treatment pathway is discussed.
Whole-face planning
We consider how different areas relate to each other rather than treating one line, feature or trend in isolation.
More than one pathway
Where relevant, your plan may consider facial aesthetic procedures, Rejuran, HIFU, radiofrequency, skin treatments or staged combinations.
Clear expectations
Suitability, limitations, risks, recovery, maintenance and private treatment costs are explained before you decide whether to proceed.
What happens at your consultation
Your appointment begins with assessment and discussion. Treatment may be available at the same visit where suitable, consented and appropriately scheduled.
Tell us what you notice
Discuss the lines, features, areas or skin changes you would like assessed and what level of change you are comfortable considering.
Clinical facial assessment
Your registered nurse reviews facial movement, anatomy, symmetry, proportion, skin quality, medical history and previous procedures.
Private options discussion
Appropriate pathways, alternatives, risks, limitations, recovery, maintenance and individual costs are explained privately.
Decide without pressure
You may proceed if treatment is suitable and available, plan for another appointment or decide not to proceed.

Prescription-only treatment products cannot be promoted to the public. Any relevant product options and individual treatment costs are discussed privately by your registered nurse after assessment and before informed consent.
It may be possible where treatment is clinically appropriate, you have received the required information and consented, and sufficient appointment time has been arranged. A consultation does not guarantee treatment.
