Payment Options
Treat now & pay later
Flexible payment options are available in-clinic to help make your treatment plan more manageable. Ask our team about Afterpay and humm at your consultation.
Deposits, prepayment & booking security
Some appointments require a deposit, prepayment or card pre-authorisation because the appointment involves significant time, treatment planning, equipment allocation, product preparation, room allocation, practitioner time or limited appointment availability.
When deposits may be required
- Cosmetic injectable appointments or those requiring prescriber/practitioner preparation
- Laser, IPL, device-based or longer skin treatments
- Package treatments or prepaid treatment plans
- Appointments over 45–60 minutes
- Appointments involving significant consumables or preparation
- Appointments booked during high-demand periods
How deposits are used
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a deposit is applied toward the cost of the appointment or treatment — it is not an additional fee when the appointment proceeds as booked. If adequate notice is provided, Avesa Health will usually transfer the deposit to a new appointment.
Prepaid treatments
If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment percentage.
- There is no refund on pre-paid packages and they are not transferable to other individuals.
- Pre-paid packages have a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase.
- 24 hours' notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, the treatment will be forfeited.
- You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments, on which you will save a percentage.
Deposits that go towards treatments are non-refundable. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Credit transfer policy
Clients may transfer any remaining credit in their account towards the cost of services provided, excluding cosmetic aesthetics. The remaining credits may not be transferred to any retail products or cosmetic aesthetic services. All treatments must be redeemed by the package holder and are not transferable to a new person.
This policy is a working draft and should be reviewed by the relevant treating practitioners, insurer and legal adviser before publication.
